Best Part Of Me

This week in writing we have been learning to use adjectives [wow words]. We read the story "The best part of me by Wendy Ewald. next we brainstormed ideas about our best body part. This is my writing. What is your best body part and why?

Best part of me

The best part of me is my hands.I use my hands to hold tools to build my go-kart and to but the lawn mower engine on the go-kart.I use my hands to play scrap mechanic.I use my hands to push my Dad trailer when it need to move. I use my hands to build a huge lego plane.

For the last 2 week for maths we have been doing time travel. First we got put into group of four. Then we wrote the answers on paper and put it on the slideshow.

ANZAC biscuits

In literacy we have been learning about ANZAC. We made ANZAC biscuits we made it out of sugar flour rolled oats golden syrup and no eggs because they don't rotten. Mums wives and children made the biscuits. Some were sent to soldiers and most of them were sold at fetes to raise money for the war.

In writing we have been learning about using wow words. We watched a slow motion video about a flame thrower , Then we brainstormed wow words and similes to describe the flame.

I have been doing blindfold challenge First I put on blindfold then I want to a table Then someone put a bowl in front of me then I put my hand inside it and I picked the bowl up and I had a smell of it then I tasted it.

being responsible with chromebooks

In cybersmart I have been learning about being responsible with chromebooks.first we put our prior knowledge on a Padlet. Then we buddied up and created a poster about being responsible with chromebooks.

I found it hard thinking of all the rules we need to remember.

I found it  easy change the colours on my poster.
