 Some ways to calm down.

*Deep breaths

*Walks

*If you have a punching bag use your anger on that.


Some ways to not be angry.

*Ignore it

*if they call you something mean you just say thank you and they will not get the reaction they want.

*smile add them and they will not have your reaction and they will not do it again.
