For high jump you do not need that much speed and you should more focused on the jumping.
With long jump just run as fast as you can and do not do bigger steps at the end it slows you down just run.
Shot put all you need to do is throw with your strong arm.
Discus you use your strong arm and throw it flat of it whould go slower.
For the sprint and relay you just run as fast as you can to win.
I some times brought my PE gear.
When I did it my results were:
High jump: 90 cm
Long jump: 1.85 m
Shot port: 5.64 m
Discus: 13.57m
